Hydraulic systems, engineered and built in-house.
Fluidteccontrols manufactures hydraulic cylinders, power packs, presses, special purpose machines and quick die change systems for industrial customers who run their equipment continuously, not occasionally. We hold tolerances because we control the process end to end — machining, honing, chrome plating, assembly and testing all happen on our own floor.

Our Mission
To engineer hydraulic equipment that is sized correctly the first time — matched to the actual load, pressure and duty cycle of the application, and built to run continuously without premature failure.
Our Vision
To be the engineering partner manufacturers call before they finalise a machine design — not just a component supplier called after the design is already locked.
How we got here
Started as a hydraulic cylinder job shop
Began building tie-rod and welded-body cylinders for local machine builders.
Added power packs & press manufacturing
Expanded into complete hydraulic power packs and H-frame / C-frame press construction.
Special purpose machines & QDC systems
Extended into engineered SPMs and quick die change systems for automotive and press-shop customers.
Improved Infrastructure
Enhanced the company's customer from tamilnadu to pan india region with on time delivery and Onsite installation
Full in-house hydraulic manufacturing
Machining, honing, chrome plating, assembly and testing under a single roof.
Everything under one roof
Keeping machining, plating, assembly and testing in-house is what lets us hold tolerance and turn quotes around fast.
CNC Machining
In-house turning, boring and honing for tubes, rods and end caps to precise bore tolerances.
Hard Chrome Plating
Rod plating and grinding lines controlled for finish and hardness to match seal specifications.
Assembly & Fitting
Dedicated assembly bays for cylinders, power packs, presses and SPM stations.
Testing Lab
Pressure, leak and load testing rigs used on every unit before dispatch.
Design & Engineering
In-house design team working from customer drawings, duty cycles and circuit schematics.
Assembly Floor
Dedicated bays for press erection, SPM build-up and pre-dispatch trial runs.
Certifications & testing
Have a spec sheet or a problem to solve?
Send us your drawing, duty cycle or a description of the process — our engineering team will get back with a configuration and a quote.
