Hydraulic Cylinders
Tie-rod, welded-body and press-duty cylinders built to precise bore tolerances, with honed tubes and hard-chrome plated rods for long seal life in continuous-duty service.

3D model based on Tie-Rod Cylinders
Overview
Every cylinder we build starts as a bore and rod combination selected for the actual duty cycle it will see on the floor — not a catalog default. We honing-finish tubes in-house, hard-chrome plate rods to the finish and hardness the seal manufacturer specifies, and pressure-test every unit before it ships.
Standard ranges cover 25 mm to 400 mm bore and up to 6 metres of stroke, with mountings, port positions and cushioning arranged to your mounting drawing rather than forcing a redesign around ours.
Capabilities
- Bore sizes from 25 mm to 400 mm, stroke lengths up to 6 m
- Working pressures up to 350 bar (500 bar on request)
- Hard-chrome plated piston rods, induction-hardened on request
- Custom mounting styles: flange, trunnion, clevis, foot
- Adjustable and fixed cushioning at either end
- Full pressure and leak testing with test certificates
