Special Purpose Machines
Press-fit, assembly, riveting and broaching SPMs designed from your part drawing and cycle-time target, with PLC control, in-cycle monitoring and the fixturing built into the machine from day one.

3D model based on FLY Cutter SPM 1
Overview
An SPM earns its name by doing exactly one job extremely well, so we start from your component drawing, takt time and quality checkpoints and design the fixturing, force profile and monitoring around that one process.
Every station ships with in-cycle force/displacement monitoring wired into the PLC, so bad parts are flagged at the station instead of downstream — and the data is logged for your process audits.
Capabilities
- Force capacity from 0.5T to 100T per station
- Single-station and multi-station rotary/inline configurations
- In-cycle force-displacement monitoring with pass/fail logic
- PLC/HMI control with barcode/traceability integration
- Semi-automatic and fully automatic material handling
- Fixture and tooling design included in the build
